Tumblers are what started it all for Engraved With Style! When co-owner Ken Isaac was attending a pre-surgery meeting in August 2016, he noticed that many attendees had tumblers and most were engraved. The idea for a new business was born! Whether stainless steel or powder-coated, we can personalize a tumbler to make it very special for you or as a gift. If you purchased a tumbler elsewhere, we can engrave that as well. Just bring it in and tell us how you want it personalized. As long as it’s powder-coated or stainless steel, we will engrave it regardless of brand. All tumblers, regardless of brand, are hand wash only.
A powder-coated tumbler (or stemless wine glass) is made of stainless steel and coated with colored powder. Once engraved, the laser will burn away the powder coating to reveal the stainless steel beneath.
Stainless steel tumblers are first treated with a chemical that will allow the engraving to adhere to the stainless steel. Once the engraving is completed, the chemical is rinsed away to reveal the black engraving.
